What qualifies as free local shipping? . . .

Free shipping applies to orders within the Washington, DC Metropolitan region. Standard shipping is through UPS.

What type of shipping services does Bizgoprint use? . . .

We currently use UPS to ship our packages.

Does Bizgoprint provide shrink wrapping? . . .

At this time, we do not provide shrink-wrapping as a service.

How do I request service changes? . . .

If your order has not been processed, you can upgrade your shipping method by contacting us immediately. If your order has been shipped by Bizgoprint and is still in the possession of UPS and not in transit, you have a range of service change options available to you with an active UPS MyChoice account. These services include upgrading to UPS Ground, rerouting and rescheduling and authorizing shipment releases. Please visit UPS MyChoice for details and more information.

PLEASE NOTE: Changes made to your order while in the possession of UPS have to be made as fast as possible. The time between UPS receiving the package and being in UPS transit may be very short.

Will a signature be required at the time of my delivery? . . .

No, just like with UPS deliveries, a signature will not be required.

Do you offer drop-shipping? . . .

Yes.

What happens if a package cannot be delivered to an address and is returned? . . .

For drop-ship orders, if a package is deemed undeliverable and returned by USPS, it will be returned to the sender, not to BizGoPrint. For more information about returned packages and forwarding services, visit usps.com. A return delivery will apply.
